Boyfriend-ish Jeans

So I've been wanting boyfriend jeans for-ever. I was afraid of them, though, after trying them on about a year ago and feeling like they added ~100 lbs to my hips. But I was determined to find some, so I went out during lunch last week when GAP was having a sale, and I tried on every pair they had. I really wanted a medium-to-light wash pair with a little bit of distressing, so that helped narrow it down to 4 pair. And lucky me, I found some I liked! They aren't technically boyfriend jeans - they are actually a straight leg style but they have enough slouch to them that I think I can pull them off in most styles that depend on a boyfriend jean. I ended up getting them for less than $10, so I'll likely keep my eye out for a slightly darker pair in the next month.

Also, I finally got a white Everlane shirt a few months ago, but it hasn't made it to the blog until today. You guys - I don't have to wear a tank top under it! The fabric doesn't feel heavy, but it isn't sheer at all so I don't have to worry about my bra showing. Definitely a quality shirt.

Shirt: Everlane
Jeans: GAP
Cardigan: Madewell (similar)
Flats: Steve Madden (similar)

Swing on by tomorrow and I'll show you how I dressed these jeans up for a date night with Trav and a couple of our friends!
