Warby Parker Winter Collection

I know I've talked about my Warby Parker glasses a few times on the blog, but I wanted to take a minute to tell you all a little secret. If you haven't been reading my blog for long, you may not know this, but I've had LASIK. Three times in my left eye and twice in my right.

Growing up, glasses or contacts were mandatory. Kids in school made fun of me for squinting. Called me four eyes. You get the pictures. Glasses sucked. And while contacts were SO much better, they still kind of sucked too. I couldn't easily open my eyes while swimming. I had to worry about taking them out and putting them back in at sleepovers. I had to get over an insane fear of touching my eyes. LASIK was a gift.

But the grass is always greener on the other side, right? So the minute I got LASIK, I missed wearing glasses. I realized I had used them as an accessory - because I could choose between contacts or glasses, wearing glasses was an intentional decision - they became an accessory.

And then I heard about Warby Parker. And I fell in love. They are sturdy, reliable glasses, and whether you need a prescription or not, they are $95. That's it. I have a pair — without prescription. And Travis has a pair with.

And we're about to get some new ones, because they are coming out with their winter line today, and you guys, I'm in love. I wanted to show you a few of my favorites, but there are SO MANY!

Warby Parker let's you order 5 pair to try on for free - they send them your way, you have five days with them, and then you send them back and order the ones you like the best, if you loved any of them. I'm definitely ordering the three above, and I can't wait to show you how they look on both Travis and me.

(I'm in no way being compensated for this post. I love this brand and when I heard about their new winter line, I just had to tell you guys about them. If you have any questions about the quality or experience I've had with Warby Parker, let me know in the comments!)
