It's a Last Day In The Office Before The Biggest Show of The Year Kind of Day

For those who don't know what I do on a day-to-day basis, I'm a marketing manager at a tech startup in Seattle. Basically, I plan events, manage outbound marketing campaigns, and assist in our website and social media world. I do a lot of other things here (at startups it is common to wear quite a few hats) but those aren't necessarily part of my job description.

Next week is our biggest tradeshow of the year: Interop in Las Vegas. I'll be gone Sunday-Friday observing the booth build, working the show, and managing the tear down and shipments home. I have some guest posts lined up and I'll also be posting some of my nighttime outfits. If you're lucky I'll even show you our awesome new t-shirts for the booth itself.

I realized today that I wore this exact same outfit one year ago today, on the final day in the office before this same show. My subconscious has got this tradeshow routine down more than I realized.

{Cardi: Old Navy, Tank: F21, Jeans: LOFT,
Boots: Anne Klein, Necklace: BP at Nordstrom}
Still obsessed with my white watch - love how it looks just peeking out from this cardi!
So cold and windy I didn't even smile with teeth.
This just might be my favorite necklace. LOVE it.
