Girls, hurry!
Run over to Nordstrom before the sale ends on Sunday night and pick up this top.
It goes with everything. Before finally deciding I was in a jeans mood, I had tried it on tucked into a colored pencil skirt, worn tucked into some brown slacks, over shorts (just for fun, clearly not for work), and over leggings (the longer in back thing is awesome for leggings). I seriously can't wait to wear this piece into fall and winter. It is definitely sheer enough for a warm day, but covers up a lot for colder winter days.
Honestly, if this wasn't day 2 of my shopping ban, I'd probably run over and pick up the neon version pictured on Nordstrom's site before it was gone. But I'll be good, and just wear this one a million times.

Ahh, so tempting but I'm staying strong too! It helps that I have a similar cream blouse with navy lining instead of leopard, so I'll just plan on wearing that one a million times instead of getting something new :) Love this one on you though, such a classic Friday work look! Have fun at the festival - I'll be at one too actually (Lollapalooza)!

ReplyDeleteIsn't it funny how easy it is to want multiple items that are so similar?! Why I would need this in two colors, I don't know, but I'm glad I'm working on staying strong! Being in the desert for a few days over the weekend helped - hopefully I can keep myself busy this week too! How was Lollapalooza??

ReplyDeleteRight??? I'm working on cleaning my closet/purging stuff recently and it's amazing how many similar things I end up getting - hello, I already have it! Lollapalooza was awesome (and definitely helped on the shopping ban this week)! How was Watershed? :)
ReplyDeleteI was thinking the same thing! If only I can stay out of town or really busy all month, this shopping thing will be easy!! Watershed was great - I hope they do it next year so I can be a wimp and drive an RV over instead of camping.

ReplyDeleteUgh, I know. I am still sad about it. Maybe I'll find an even better copycat version somewhere in September or October! (That's what I keep telling myself about everything I want this month - I'll totally find it again but better and cheaper and YAH RIGHT!)
